Its only fair that I publish my first blog about something that pushed me to write this blog in the first place. I suffer from anxiety which is mild to say the least. I have never had much problem with it but this quarantine is well just making it worse.
This quarantine I found a magic trick to ease my anxiety that is exercise i hated any form of physical activity before quarantine but this pandemic has actually shown me wonders that exercise can do for mental health.
My Anxiety was aggravated by my recent break up as I am struck in my house I can’t help but overthink and you can’t really exercise 24*7 . So I have this trick that helps me whenever I catch myself overthinking I name 3 things in the room
This keeps a check on what I am thinking and helps me cope in the most healthy manner
